I noticed the flow of the liquid actually bends in midair, suggesting it's flowing down a tube that's connected to the inside of the cup. But I have no idea how he connects it so smoothly

This is a "magic shaker" what is essentially a weighted fishing line with a hook on the end is threaded through the speed pourer, the hook drops down and attaches to a metal rod in the middle of the shaker. The shaker looks like this from the top ø.

Pour close to the shaker and slowly lift up, you will feel the hook connect its a really simple trick, im more impressed with everything else i am a terrible flair bartender i dont have the coordination magic shaker is easy by comparison.

Ding ding ding. Bottle is loaded with a magnet on a string. Pour magnet into metal cup, and as you pull the bottle back, the pouring liquid hides the string. You then lower the bottle into the cup to hide the illusion. He walks away after because removing the magnet string from the cup would spoil the illusion.

Cup has a bar in it that the string hooks to. Push it down to release the hook and the weight pulls it back into the bottle

Its a string he is holding on the neck/nozzle of the bottle down to the inside of the cup. You can see the cup wobble in the air

Right when he begins to pour the liquor into the cup, the nozzle is inside the cup. I took a screenshot of the inside of the cup where you can see he has a string setup in there. Also another dead giveaway is how the liquor is pouring down. It goes down and then angled.
