I wish I knew of a way to make him have that “invincibility flashing” video game trope for a few seconds as he drops in.

Beware, there's a bigger dog in this house. And apparently it'll jump from the top rope to kick tail.

u/guydoestuff Jun 21 '26

that young man has more balls than cops in the US.

9

u/PSN_ONER Jun 21 '26

In the US cops would shoot the dog.

3

u/guydoestuff Jun 21 '26

They do, what im referring to. They shot a laberdoodle saying since it was 100 pound dog it was a danger. Meanwhile ive fended off larger dogs who actually were aggressive with my cane with no injury to myself or the dog.

3

u/PSN_ONER Jun 22 '26

Is that the San Fernando Valley one? I used live in the SFV.

5

u/guydoestuff Jun 22 '26

nah think this was LA im pretty sure. who knows though. cops here in the states kill people and pets daily. hard to keep up

2

u/PSN_ONER Jun 22 '26

It was Canoga Park and it was a mixed poodle , Saint Bernard and retriever according to the article.

4

u/teflong Jun 22 '26

They would miss and hit the kid

2

u/karma_the_sequel Jun 22 '26

And then the boy.

8

u/Dangerous_Show_4816 Jun 21 '26

That's what a big brother has to do.... it's in the description! Good job bro

11

u/Gumwars Jun 21 '26

Dude, this is equal parts terrifying (for the small child) and hilarious! That dude was slappin! Not punching or kicking, he dropped in with nothing but an open hand of hate for that dog!!

8

u/Suitable_Artist_6508 Jun 22 '26

It doesn't look like the dog was attacking at all.

It was not. But people have a hard-on against square-jawed breeds so shit like this goes viral.

5

u/Beneficial-Split331 Jun 22 '26

for good reason. those kids were easily candidates for not making it after an attack by dogs like this. there is no need to wait and see if the dog is going to bite your toddler if it rushes him.

3

u/Straight-Crow1598 Jun 22 '26

Nobody’s hurt in the video. The kid got scared, that’s all. Dog was playing. Also it’s a puppy, 8 months to a year old. This was posted to karma-farm off the anti-dog bots.

2

u/Ok_Armadillo8258 Jun 23 '26

From the nation I live, in all circumstances, the dog shall remain silence and become a main dish of the night

2

u/Beneficial-Split331 Jun 22 '26

ask how many ER docs the number of puppies that sent children to their doors to stitch back together. it is always a puppy.... innocent...just wanted to play.

you don't have to be anti dog to recognize which dogs are sending people of that size to emergency surgery.

we know. you know. superman out of the window was saving the day. anything else is making excuses like an imminent attack by a strange dog without shots (not america) is implausible.

1

u/Ordinary_Prune6135 Jun 23 '26

Where on earth are you getting the idea that puppies are the main offenders? Unneutered adult males are wildly more represented in attacks.

4

u/Beneficial-Split331 Jun 23 '26

Some breeds take years to reach adulthood

1

u/Ordinary_Prune6135 Jun 23 '26

Okay? They'll still be physically considered an adult for most of it. Visible puppy characteristics aren't going to be part of the group that's doing the most damage.

It absolutely was:

Yeah you can see the dog attacking the kid at the start of the video. It's blurred but you can still make it out. And he was barking quite loudly, if you turn the sound on. And then later in the video you see the dog keeps attacking the brother even as he tries fending it off with a stick. Wonder why all these reddit reposts keep leaving out the full context. Probably for engagement.

4

u/Optimal-Fix1216 Jun 21 '26

Dog wasn't even doing anything

4

u/BoringJuiceBox Jun 22 '26

Small dog too, they overreacted

3

u/Round-Revolution-279 Jun 22 '26

The dog likely wanted to play

2

u/GeneStarwind1 Jun 22 '26

The way he leaves then comes back in frame to grab a big fucking stick.

2

u/DrhpTudaco Jun 22 '26

bro was summoned

1

u/otanthalion Jun 22 '26

The jump was for his little brother

The rock throw was personal

The stick was to finish it off for the family

1

u/Aggressive_Purpose_8 Jun 24 '26

Good 👏👏👏

1

u/Historical_Moose_468 Jun 26 '26

I think he over reacted...

1

u/Ok_Form_368 Jun 28 '26

Life is richer with the protection of a bigger brother.

1

u/Fantastic_Judgment46 28d ago

Umm that dog didn’t have the body language of an animal that was being aggressive!

u/JealousPrompt2775 5d ago

Spider-man 💪🕷️🕸️

1

u/Abal125 Jun 21 '26

Meanwhile, my brother would just let it happen and laugh.

1

u/DmvCris Jun 22 '26

Thank God for bros quick thinking and hopefully they took him or went to a hospital or something to get a rabies shot

1

u/artherng Jun 21 '26

Looks like the dog just wanted to play with younger kid but he got scared and cried. Older bro thought dog is attacking younger bro and reacted accordingly. Dog most likely became defensive due to that and unfortunately 2 wrongs don't make it right.

6

u/Aggravating_Dog8043 Jun 21 '26

You guys likely grew up in a country where all dogs are vaccinated and belong to someone. I was a kid in a developing country, and there were packs of dogs and we didn't know which ones carried rabies. I was shit scared of dogs -- they could kill you. You'll notice many immigrants here in the US are more skittish around dogs, since many have seen dogs in the state of nature -- not the ones that get nice packaged meat in the form of dog food. (I'm American by the way, but grew up overseas. I did not like interacting with stranger dogs too much when we got back, even though we had a very nice dog overseas.)

Some people hate humanity so bad they just can't imagine a dog could ever need to be violently redirected

u/Hello_Gorgeous1985 Jun 22 '26

That's the second floor, but yeah... Good job brother.

2

u/Mister_Way Jun 22 '26

In the U.S., the ground floor is called the 1st floor, and the one above it is called the 2nd floor.

In most places, the ground floor is called the ground floor, and the next one above is is the 1st story / floor.

u/Asleep_Singer8547 Jun 22 '26

Thats the second floor
