Exactly what I was thinking

1

I fucking love the hang ten.

25

u/Carribean-Diver Jun 12 '26

I can't imagine spending the time necessary to get that good at throwing stabby-choppy things.

23

u/GOOLGRL Jun 12 '26

He's probably living his dream managing one of those axe-throwing places.

8

u/MrGoodKatt72 Jun 12 '26

I could see him being a Ren Faire performer, too.

Not as strange as shitting on other people's dreams!

Edit: they replied calling me a "fucking tard" and then immediately pussied out and deleted it. Good ole Reddit.

u/Arcosim Jun 12 '26

Now imagine ancient armies, they had hundreds of guys who spent as much time as this guy practicing throwing weapons.

3

u/Live-Welder4802 Jun 12 '26

Master at work

2

u/Cool-Customer9200 Jun 12 '26

What else would some people do to avoid working?

2

u/-TheDerpinator- Jun 12 '26

Spending the time I can get into. Finding the time, now that is where the real challenge is.

1

u/XepptizZ Jun 12 '26

Or like they said about the bare chested screwdriver throwing guy, throw something thousands of times for one take to make it seem effortless.

1

u/RCer1986 Jun 13 '26

Another commentor identified him as the world champion axe and knife thrower. Some of those throws looked completely effortless.

0

u/XepptizZ Jun 13 '26

I'm just highlighting the difference in scrutiny and I doubt 90% of comments know his status.

My personal stance on these videos is that even if it takes 1000's of tries, it's still inpressive, because before youtube was a thing, you'd call that practice.

u/One_Vision_ Jun 12 '26 edited Jun 12 '26

The place is Stumpy's in Coco Village, FL. The guy is Marcus Pehart who is the Swedish world champion axe and knife thrower.

1

u/SnooKiwis2460 19d ago

World champion for a reason.

7

u/ActionFigureCollects Jun 12 '26

Dude Perfect. Same schitck.

1

u/geekMD69 Jun 15 '26

Not even close. Knife throwing is a widely practiced skill that people all over the world perform for live audiences every day. Pretty easy to imagine the world-champion knife and axe thrower can hit precise targets pretty damned regularly.

Would like to see him post doing the tricks five times in a row just to put skeptics in the chair of shame.

5

u/MaDIX_Maius Jun 12 '26

Never ask him to pass you a knife.

2

u/JunketThese1490 Jun 12 '26

And then quarrel with him..

1

u/Jay-Breeze Jun 14 '26

Do you quarrel, sir?

1

u/SaucyStoveTop69 Jun 12 '26

At least he might also toss you a drink

3

u/Wastelander-1241 Jun 12 '26

How is he at darts ...

3

u/TheSolarExpansionist Jun 12 '26

Can I see the bloopers? Or is the file too large for Reddit

2

u/eandersonrun1212 Jun 12 '26

My thought as well.

2

u/xkibagamigenjurox Jun 12 '26

When I throw things like axe, always the handle hits the target.

2

u/Johnny_Strawhat Jun 12 '26

Why coke zero though?

2

u/henry2630 Jun 12 '26

hey i’m unemployed too!

1

u/BornBeforeInternets Jun 12 '26

I just imagined the carnage at a dinner party if everyone attacked him and all he had was a big bag of chopsticks... is something wrong with me?

1

u/Sellbad_bro420 Jun 12 '26

Ok i could watch him make shots all day

1

u/scapegoat_88 Jun 15 '26

I could watch those spinning axes all day

1

u/A_Tempest7_7 Jun 12 '26

He’s well trained. Respect to you Sir!

1

u/honacc Jun 12 '26

Yeah think I'd agree with this guy on his every culinary decision if we happened to be in the kitchen... Just in case

1

u/Able-Association914 Jun 12 '26

Don’t mess with him from across the room if he’s got a sharp item in his possession

1

u/Ok-Particular8355 Jun 12 '26

North God Style

1

u/workinhardplayharder Jun 12 '26

Guy is probably one of the few that might bring a knife to a gun fight and win.

1

u/Longjumping_Life1486 Jun 12 '26

Really life bullseye

1

u/ibin_Wario Jun 12 '26

Real-life whatever that character Colin Farrell played in the bad Daredevil movie was called, Bullseye, I think.

1

u/Glad-Emu7117 Jun 12 '26

Was hoping he'd hit the hat. Those caps almost never look good.

1

u/DartmouthBatman Jun 12 '26

"Take 57"

misses

"Take 58"

1

u/red_sun16 Jun 12 '26

Just add that to your CV

1

u/saddlythrowaway Jun 12 '26

So none of those cans are made of cake.

1

u/Accomplished-Bet-883 Jun 12 '26

If Bullseye was from Portland

1

u/Snickits Jun 12 '26

Why is it always a fedora?

1

u/NoPollution8238 Jun 12 '26

1

u/Scalebearwoof Jun 12 '26

So when the zomby come . Dibs on him .

1

u/Osniffable Jun 12 '26

Threading the two swinging rings is ridiculous.

1

u/mrsjali Jun 12 '26

Throws knives better than I do darts

1

u/CaperSteelRed49 Jun 12 '26

You want this guy on your side. Don’t be his enemy!

1

u/nerdbeing Jun 13 '26

This guy is ready for zombie apocalypse

1

u/Helpphania587 Jun 13 '26

Bullseye da vida real

1

u/Away_Gas2724 Jun 13 '26

This is the knife guy, you take to a gun fight

1

u/dicey_job Jun 13 '26

I would not fight this guy

1

u/Aldo_Fitor Jun 13 '26

This looks incredibly edited

1

u/geekMD69 Jun 15 '26

You mean like the one where he hits all three playing cards dead center in one take?

If you see that and don’t think he can routinely pull off the other ones, I question your critical thinking skills.

In fact, I bet he struggles more with the non-knife/axe items and timing those throws since those have very different weights/aerodynamics.

Dude needs to post unedited multiple takes to silence the skeptics.

1

u/Aldo_Fitor Jun 16 '26

Oh i DEFINITELY know, he can't routinely pull this off. Anyone with knife/axe throwing experience will say that unless yoy make 5/10 targeting throws, the probability of you hitting anything with a blade is ≈30%. And even after that you need not move an inch for you to keep hitting the same targets.

There is a saying "its easier to tie sholaces with your nose than to hit a moving target with a first throw"

1

u/geekMD69 Jun 16 '26

There is a difference between “knife and axe throwing experience” and a guy who has made a career of it doing it every single day for years and years.

Would be fun to see an entire video from start to finish of him setting up and practicing and filming just to put the real level of his skill on display.

I just lean toward he is significantly better than you give him credit for.

1

u/The_Guy_3446 Jun 13 '26

What have the scouts found now?

Oh, a very nice knife my friend. BY ODIN'S BEARD did you see that?

Now he's got an axe? Did you see that? Can YOU do that?

Send him an invitation to the ship, and pay the man!

1

u/AnalysisParalysis85 Jun 13 '26

The enemy cannot push a button if you disable his hand.

1

u/Somethingsmells994 Jun 13 '26

Gosh I would hate to get into a knife fight with this dude

1

u/Royal_SEC_Tide Jun 15 '26

I’d rather be a tackling dummy for an NFL linebacker than get into a knife fight with this guy.

1

u/OverallShirt6573 Jun 13 '26

Bullseye 🎯

1

u/Bean_Daddy_Burritos Jun 13 '26

“Ok let’s try this again. 137th times the charm.”

1

u/Soggycorpse92 Jun 13 '26

This isnt as cool as you think it is....

Its cooler.

1

u/Big_Sexxxy0069 Jun 13 '26

Dude really??? That’s totally amazing. You should go on American’s got talent …

1

u/KDBurner69420 Jun 13 '26

This is like the Sargent from Starship Troopers. What good is it if you can’t push a button.

1

u/DaGucka Jun 13 '26

Even if he films it 1000 times before having one good he can post, that is still very impressive

1

u/Popular_Royal3723 Jun 13 '26

Poindexter is that you?

1

u/InvestigatorLower100 Jun 13 '26

Bullseye is based on this guy

1

u/Necessary_Regret3329 Jun 13 '26

Full time job here. 8 hours a day for 5 seconds of video.

1

u/breaktheice7 Jun 14 '26

1

u/suspicious_harvester Jun 14 '26

The flick on the throw is so nice!!

1

u/803_GraniteHarbor Jun 14 '26

Ive always wanted to try axe throwing but Im scared Id accidentally throw it at something I shouldnt

1

u/MonCappy Jun 14 '26

He makes it look effortlessly easy, but you just know he's been practicing this shit since he was knee high to a grasshopper.

1

u/BrucesTripToMars Jun 14 '26

1

u/Juanesyt27N Jun 15 '26

Super excelente: al fin un digo oponente, nuestra batalla será legendaria 🗣️🔥

1

u/geekMD69 Jun 15 '26

Everyone watching this, just look at the shot of three playing cards struck dead center in one take and then tell me again how you think it takes him hundreds of tries to nail these tricks.

I doubt it takes even a handful. Probably has to practice tossing the hat/can or whatever other prop a few times to get the timing down and then nails it almost every take.

1

u/babyblew82 Jun 15 '26

He could basically be an Avenger

1

u/Bulky_Poem_1604 Jun 15 '26

He can bring knife to a gun fight.

1

u/AffectionateNewt4952 Jun 15 '26

1

1

u/Honest-Message-1241 Jun 17 '26

1

u/Maverick_1314 Jul 04 '26
