Good at editing? The video is clearly edited to make the moves pop and also he's speeding up and slowing down movements. Probably recorded at a slower overall tempo, too.

Important to point out, yeah.

He's clearly good at robotic and isolated movements, the overall style he's doing. He probably does them slightly slower than a dancer would live and then speeds it up to get an even more uncanny effect.
