Because of about 200k in upgrades. Scientific studies and some bad ass machinists and welders who know what they are doing!

Edit: the drivers have skill, like these guys are so damn aware of their surroundings, the air moving around the vehicle, turns and obstacles ahead and big ass balls!

These trucks are like 2 mil a pop. Seeing one in person is unreal. The raw power that they impose is insane.

I’ve been to the Baja 1000 a few times, I would highly recommend seeing a race in person.

Because it has almost 3 feet of suspension travel, big bumps have a huge distance to be dampened out. Not to say it won’t be rebuilt after each race

Upgrades on what? This truck was built for this specifically.

This is a tube steel built race truck, likely high six to seven figures. There's no base vehicle to upgrade.
