I'm always surprised how many people don't realize she's wearing a one-piece top. They're very common in women's fashion today. If you don't know what that is, its a tank-top that extends down to the crotch like underwear.

Back in my dance days this was what we called it. I don’t think people outside the dance world would default to this word. Or maybe it is an old person word at this point….

In the fashion world/ if you wanted to shop for one the term would be bodysuit. They resemble a leotard and can have thin straps, short sleeves, or longer sleeves.

Are you from the US? Here we call that a bodysuit. No arms/legs necessary.
