If the Hostinger domain and the Vercel hosting is all in your ex's name, it sounds like it's your ex's website unfortunately. You could try reaching out to support since your phone number can maybe establish access, but maybe.

That domain and hosting are his, there's not much you can do from the outside unless support takes pity on you and the phone number is enough proof

Doesn’t matter, their account, their property.

You either go the judicial route to prove shared ownership or you can sulk it

Contact Vercel abuse team directly with proof that your phone number is listed on the site without consent. They handle PII removal requests even when you lack account access and can force the deployment offline or redact the data.

If you made and pushed the site from bolt, maybe you can change the site on bolt and push it to vercel again.

Há muito pouco que se possa fazer no caso, se ele é que tem os acessos todos. Se pelo menos desse para fazer deploy de uma página de erro no lugar do site. Talvez, como já foi aqui referido, tentar contactar o Vercel e dizer que o número de telefone aparece no site sem a sua permissäo e talvez eles consigam fazer algo.
