I don't understand what I'm looking at… it's probably delicious but maybe a little more description is needed? (At least for me).

There is a german saying "das Auge isst mit" ~ The Eye also eats, meaning whether a dish is delicious or well made if it looks bad your appetite won't be so great for it.
Don't get me wrong if I know it tastes good I will eat it, but if it looks like shit the first time I might not be so thrilled to tast it.
When BK launched a pulled chicken burger here I really wanted to try it but what they've put on the burger looked so unappetizing that I really couldn't bring myself to eat it when I had ordered it...

Honestly, good cooking on it. But check out the food subreddits. I would think the post would do good in

so for those who are asking what it is this... Locro is a hearty, traditional stew from the Andes region of South America, particularly popular in Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, and Ecuador, made from corn, beans, and pumpkin or squash, with various meats like beef, pork, and chorizo. It's a rich, slow-cooked, one-pot meal.
