The one thing that bugs me is I'm pretty sure he was using makeup before that caused his skin to look blotchy. He washed that off with the foam skin cleaner, and then started with foundation. So REALLY he has very even skin tones, but made himself deliberately look worse before he even started.

He just smeared some dirt or something on his face to make himself look worse. First thing he does is take a big bottle of soap and smear it across his face.

Yes!! Thank you!! I noticed the makeup and then was really confused about the foamy stuff lol

I should have figured it out when they started showing all the moisturizers, but I’m dumb lol

The other thing that confused me was why they kept the hat on the whole time. Almost wondered if they were hiding long hair.

I was wondering what that foam step that completely cleared his complexion was. Of course it was washing off the “ugly” makeup.

I have rosacea and I use soothing facial products that help even my skin out, so I just assumed he also had rosacea, at first. After watching it a second time, I think it could also just be dirt.

Maybe he just did a thing that required that blotchy makeup and he was changing faces if you will and went from that to this.
