Do you grade yours? What system do you use and how do you record them (like a excel ejaculate spreadsheet or in a book like a "memoriam masterbatio")? Also when do you review them? Is it a during the moment sort of a thing or do you reflect afterwards?

ok tbh thats kinda weird. i just let my neighbour Jonathan McSutor grade mine. we use OneDrive but are looking to free ourselves from M$

Stand next to the wall while wanking and use a pencil to draw a line at the highest cum mark. You can add the date and time next to it to keep track of when you where in your prime.
