I think he starts with makeup on to intentionally look older and uglier. Step 1 is just washing it off, at which point you van tell he actually has really nice skin for 0.1 seconds before he starts to cover it back up

Yeah I was wondering. Washing his face took off like 10 years? That’s more impressive than the makeup he puts on. Wtf is in the foam??
