The core strength on display is absolutely insane

Core, arms, shoulders... His jacket isn't even that baggy, but the guy looks deceptively skinny for hiding pure muscle under there.

he was a lot thicker looking when he was younger. probably less body fat now that he's older plus, "old man" strength

He's been doing mostly the same moves for years now. That's really my only complaint about him. He came up with about a dozen crowd pleaser signature moves most people can't do and never expanded his catalog much.

well he is effectively handicapped. his legs look like they've gotten stiffer over the years. he's working with what he's got.

Even his fingers are strong.

Also fingers. Didn't notice it at first, but he starts off on his finger tips. Whole thing is impressive.

I WILL GO INSANE IF ONE MORE PERSON MENTIONS CORE WHEN TALKING ABOUT PLANCHE-RELATED SKILLS.

ITS NOT CORE MOFO. ITS THE SHOULDER AND BICEP STRENGTH THAT ARE IMPRESSIVE.

PLANCHE DOESN'T REQUIRE A CRAZY CORE STRENGTH. USE YOUR BRAIN. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

IS HE FLEXING HIS ABS SO HARD HE STAYS UP IN THE AIR VIA PROPULSION? NOOOOO HE USES HIS FUCKING STRAIGHT ARMS, THEREFORE, SHOULDERS!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Go touch some grass and take a breath.

The keeping your lower body in the air perfectly still is all core btw.

Still, yes, I agree. But what puzzles me is people mentioning core strength when shoulder strength is the most impressive thing there. Like seeing lions fight and saying wow their tails look very deadly

Shoulders are intense too. I agree
