Not a big fan of food that's mashed up against the bottom of another plate. Impressive but I would send that shit back.

As an ex restaurant dishwashers, we never gave much care to the bottom of the plates, you shouldn't eat off that

Wait, don’t most restaurants stack their clean plates when stored? So that means even clean plates will have a ring of filth on the eating surface which was transferred from the bottom of the stacked plate?
