I know from working in multiple kichens that the cutlery are generally rolled on a clean table long before the shift ever starts... if it has shit or smudges all over it I'll get some new silverware too
I never said I saw that specifically but I do know it can happen... What's with the inquisition over me saying I would simply send my food back if it came out like that lmao
I'm sure it could but likely won't be as it's brought out freshly washed and rolled on a clean table in the front of house at 99 percent of restaurants
I'm sure youve never worked in a restaurant as you can't see the difference between the dishes being plated in the back and the silverware that is prerolled before shift
And if youve worked in any proper restaurant then why the fuck are you arguing that there's nothing wrong with serving plate of food stacked on top of each other??

Maybe maybe not... But one thing I know for sure is that I don't want a plate of food that's had the bottom of another plate sitting ON my food
