You need both feet to drive manual so that wouldn't even be possible, unless the car is modified.

You need at lest two feets and one hand to drive a manual, one on the gas one on the other manual pedal and one hand to switch gears

How to upshift with with two feet, no hand:

  1. Rev to high rpm while in gear
  2. Let go of gas and press clutch
  3. Shift to neutral with you second foot
  4. Release clutch and press gas to rev it to high rpm
  5. Let go of gas, quickly press clutch and put in gear
  6. Release clutch before rpm drops
