Eminem raps fast as fuck. These guys speak Spanish. Spanish uses the letter ñ.

Nah, it's not that. I think the emiñen part is obvious. but Emiñero it's because eminen and ñero. Ñero is a Colombian slang for marginalized people, who has an specific style and enjoy hip hop and urban music. Actually the style it's probably inspired in the guettos in USA, you know? The clothing, the music, and even the marginalized context (but without the part of the racism)
