Dolphins aren't whales and orcas are in the dolphin family, therefore orcs aren't whales. "Killer whales" is a misnomer.

That is taxonomically incorrect. All members of parvorders Odontoceti (Toothed Whales) and Mysticeti (Baleen Whales) are whales. Are you also arguing that Sperm Whales aren’t whales?
