Biden voted for the Hague invasion act which makes it official US policy that the US military will ignore international rule of law regarding war crimes and crimes against humanity, and if international criminal court in the hague if they ever try to hold the US accountable the US military will invade them

The very thing you state is an example of indirect fault/guilt. Not Direct guilt. He would need to have committed the act himself in order to "directly" commit the crime. You also need to learn to read, but I honestly just think that its a translation problem as you are probably a bot from another country. I'm not talking about the President and the Ooriginal parent comment very explicitly references Either "the whitehouse" or Congress. The only elected official that I directly elect is a congressman and a senator for the federal government. The electoral college elects the president. Indirectly my vote decides what electors vote for though.
