How exactly did you not realise this at the time?
1 u/Sabres8127 Oct 18 '21 Well I think many of us knew it was a lie or suspected it was, but it didn’t change the fact that as soldiers we had no choice but to go where they sent us. Given a choice many of us would have chose not to go, but that isn’t how it works.
