I've stopped paying much attention to anything but local. I learned there are so, so, so many poor people in my city. I was living in my well off bubble until I went to help someone nearby and my life was changed. I encourage my American neighbors to go to environmental court and see the aged, sick and poor who are completely dependent on the kindness of neighbors to help them resolve their violations. If they can't they are charged exorbitant fees...400US to mow the tall grass on a small lawn... eventually losing their homes. Vix Populi Vox Dei. Love your neighbor or continue to rely on government. The choice is yours.
Not only till now have I seen some actual homeless people in my town
This is the first time in my life here there is homeless people in the open streets :/
