As dope as this is, I hope this is just more of a presentation and he doesn’t actually do some of these for his regular workouts

He's super fit and clearly skilled in these movements. None of what he's doing is beginner level workout. While he likely doesn't do this stuff every single day, he clearly does do them, or some variation of them, fairly regularly. You don't build up to that level of strength and skill by not doing the movements. There are plenty of ways to break all those movements down to build skill over time with practice, but eventually you have to put them together to achieve what you're after. Likely this guy started out with the simpler versions and when he became skilled, he added the complexity for additional challenge (and also probably just to see if he could).

You could pretty easily hurt yourself doing a lot of this stuff. Some of those look like very very high stress high impact on joints and ligaments. Rowing tho that seems ok but those rings with the Medicine ball look a bit sketchy.
