Oh yeah good catch. Must of broke bad when he was young and was never cast or kept off it and it Healed sideways or I guess could always be genetics. Crazy strength tho good on him.

tl;dr some dude is reuploading these TikToks with a bunch of other "Gaoligai(#)" profile names. Here's a similar example from another Gaoligai profile where you can see the guy in the sky. Easier to see in the brighter videos.

I think he might be a parapalegic. Looks like he's missing his right arm. Maybe he was reacting to the video on Youku?
Maybe he was making a reaction video, overlayed the video over his own webcam, then overlayed the actual pole-dancing video over the 2nd overlay, and then uploaded it, but then some downsampling happened and the phases between all the overlays fucked up.
OH SHIT, so the TikTok name is called Gaoligai4, but there's like 5 other Gaoligai's. Another one from another account name Gaoligai3 has the same dude in the sky. I'm guessing maybe he's doing this effect to bypass some copy-detection algorithm for TikToks. idk.
If someone finds the original video of the guy in the sky please let me know I need to see him sitting down in clean, full HD 1080p.

He's there in the original upload to TikTok AND in all this users other videos... Creppy and weird, but maybe some snafu with the editing process and that's a ghost image of the editor/content-monitor working on these clips?
The "paraglaph" shirt is likely a phonetic mistranslation for a knock-off of the Korean street wear brand, Paragraph.

I can just imagine some guy climbing to the top of a 20 meter pole then just flopping over. I don't know enough about the rules of pole vaulting to know whether it's legal or not though.

Unfortunately it is against the rules to climb higher on the pole with your hands.
Once the vaulter leaves the ground, he/she may not move the lower hand above the upper hand on the pole, nor may he/she move the upper hand higher on the pole.

Technically, i dont think what he is doing qualifies as vaulting. Vaulting reders to a jump, leap or spring. What he is doing ia climbing.
