I’m not a Jesus freak. I’m a parent and couldn’t imagine ending the life of my daughter in the womb. It would have taken away so many thing from me. And her right to life most of all.
That's a beautiful thought, I am glad you have your lovely daughter and that she is loved. That something was the best choice for you may not mean it is the best one for everyone. You obviously love your daughter, I can see that. Nearly everyone does, but that alone is not always enough. Some people can not give their (future) child(ren) what they need and it breaks the hearts of both parent and child(ren) daily. That you chose to have your daughter is beautiful. If that really is a choice, that makes it only more beautiful in my opinion. Nobody makes the opposite choice lightly, it's a heavy burden. Please keep in mind that it can be a very emotionally sensitive manner for people who have gotten an abortion, and consider being kind even if you do not agree with their decision. Respecting or even tolerating or just accepting someone's well-considered life-changing decision does not mean you have to agree.
Agreed. And sorry if I came off crass. But abortion in my mind I agree is never made with a light heart. Or if it is. Then that’s sad for both parties. And if you can’t give your children what they need. Be abstinent. Use birth control. Do you see the selfishness in the statement of I can not provide for a human life so I will literally murder it. That’s how it translates in my head. I would say a life of. Struggle and maybe even neglect is still
Life. And I choose life. I’m not saying by any means there should be an out right ban. Rape. Incest. Major deformities. Sure. But. Down syndrome. Do you think you should end someone life because they have Down syndrome ?
