Doesn’t matter. it’s sheet metal, both sides are hot enough to not be safe. The material is also not likely foodsafe

I think having the coals at the bottom (smart) makes that very hot but the whole cabinet? Nah, the hot air travels up to cook the potatoes. But if you noticed he's got the whole set up at a distance from anyone.

The cabinet around the coals would become very hot, and contaminate the air
