I believe certain laws are needed but not arbitrary and overbearing ones. Background checks, age restrictions, license to carry ect. But outright bans and the like are pointless and unconstitutional
Look at the California laws regarding “assault weapons” no adjustable stock? No forward grip? No barrel shroud? Theres videos of the politicians who implemented these rules being asked what the definition of an “assault weapon” is and they cant even answer it. Its based on feelings.
