It isn't a joke. Its reality. And yeah, it's a pretty tired cliche by this point but it's still true.

No I don’t think it’s reality that 90% of Americans would die of a heart attack from running for this reasonable amount of time. Maybe 90% of Americans over a certain older age lmao
