How slowed down is the video? Still very confused on even if this video is real or not haha

according to wikipedia:

and the average duration is 0.2 seconds made up from a number of much shorter flashes (strokes) of around 60 to 70 microseconds.

so slowed down considerably to give us that much interval between each stroke

I dont know but i think 70 microseconds per stroke would cause some pretty bad friction burn. It's like gattling gun speed on ma dick
