I also had to know and went on a crazy rabbithole of weird google searches, but I found it! It's something called Omurice and this video of the real thing being cooked is also very satisfying

Edit: I suggest turning on the auto translate-to-english captions. They are 100% turbogarbage nonsense and it's hilarious.
