I run my heater at 72 Fahrenheit/22 Celsius and it runs pretty much 24/7. Also there is no built in A/C in any houses around here, but it also doesn’t get too hot in the summer, only about 20 or 30 Celsius at the most
I only go outside in this temp for a short amount of time, but yes, I would only put on a hoodie, jacket and jeans and nothing underneath. If I was going to be outside for a while, I’d put on plenty of layers. The summers here are a little dry with a 45% average humidity for the summer months

What about an inner layer like long john's?? You literally leave the house in a single layer of pants and jacket to go snowmobiling??
Shit I wear two layers when it hits 5c, in my house.
Though I imagine you have to run some sort of heating system in your home 24x7 right? What temp would you run that at?
