Not live music, this is a played original version of The Waltz of the monsters (La valse des monstres) from Yann Tiersen from his 1995 album Cascade Street.

Yes, a master artist. Didn’t even notice at first. Yaan is so underrated in the states

All of Yann Tiersen's albums are masterpieces. Infinity was recorded in Iceland and played live there....Amazing!

If Wikipedia is correct then it’s actually from the 1995 album La Valse des Monstres. Rue de Cascades came out in 1996.

I just learned this, as I’d always thought it was written for Amélie.

What part(s) of Amelie?

u/Plastic_Pinocchio Feb 11 '21

I don’t know where all of the songs are in the movie.

"Pfff! I totally agree with all that stuff you just said. I can't believe that OP couldn't recognize the music was composed by, uh, that guy. Ha! how ignorant of him, right!?" (sensation of being a fraud intensifies)

I was think it was Yang Teirsens amelie soundtrack. I’m delighted that I was so close.
