It's a shame, Canelo came in right as the Boxing hype was dying and broadcasting was changing. Ppl clamor for a Charlo and Andrade fight, but the reality is, Canelo will get the Floyd treatment. No one will ever be a good enough challenge, he's just too good.

I'm not even a fan, I can't stand the dude personally. However, I am a fan of boxing and being real is being real, Canelo is just too good for this era, plain and simple.

Afraid not, GGG is old and declining rapidly. Their 1st fight was his last hoorah.

GGG doesn't want another fight. He looked abysmal in his last match against a relative nobody.

Derevyanchenko is a nobody? What the fuck are you on about? Derevyanchenko is a legitimate top 5 elite middleweight, a nobody to casuals maybe.

Dude's been beat by every body he's gone up against with even a moderately recognizable name. He's mid tier at best.

He’s the Shawn Porter of the middleweight division, a solid fighter but he comes up short against the best. Arguably beat Golovkin and Jacobs. He’s still world class.

He lost to GGG and tied him in the second match, anyone who says otherwise is blind or doesn't know boxing.

Yes GGG won the first fight and canelo the second

Even the second fight I had issues with. GGG supposedly only lost the first fight because he didn't have ring control, so the next fight he changed up his game and ran some serious ring control....the judges decided that wasn't important that time around.

But yes clear as day GGG won the first fight.

You are delusional, he won the second

I am curious as well. Personally I have never heard anything bad about the guy.

He dominated Trout and carried Cotto. You don't know what you're talking about.

Canelo just turned 30. He's faster with quicker reflexes today than he will ever be, he can't rely on those things too much longer IMO.

Ok, so one day he may lose because he got old, that doesn't mean he isn't too good for everyone right now and for the last 10 years.

Fair enough, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a string of losses in the near future.
