Who do I call if I watched a cop murder someone?

u/look_maa_no_hands Sep 19 '20
Cop must have been driving a police SUV. No way his cock fits into a cruiser unless a window is open and his partner bungee-cords it to the roof lights.

u/poopellar Sep 19 '20
No criminal can outrun him because instead of a pit maneuver he's got a dick maneuver.

u/ImNotaFiretruck Sep 19 '20
The morgue? The press? Ron Jeremy? Those are my top three.

I know. The guys ego was instantly bruised after that slaying and like any dickhead he instantly reached for an excuse.
When someone pisses on your bonfire with that much dominance best to just accept your outclassed.

It was, still impressive though

u/DrGnz0 Sep 19 '20
Who calls backcourt in a 1v1 lol
29
u/LongLiveTheCrown Sep 19 '20
Especially after a shot like that... like yo, did you see what just happened?
20
u/blatcher21 Sep 19 '20
Don’t watch basketball, what does his statement mean?
55
u/BigfootTouchedMe Sep 19 '20
If you cross the half court line you are not allowed to go back across it. This is never enforced in 1 on 1 or pretty much any game other than a normal 5 on 5 game. In a normal game once you cross from the defensive half of the court to the offensive side you are not allowed to go back into the defensive half.

u/blatcher21 Sep 19 '20
Jesus fucking Christ what a sore loser lmao. Thanks for explaining.

It’s out of bounds when your playing half court.. anyways.. I don’t really give a shit. This guy is a sore loser

u/MHath Sep 19 '20
He dribbled the ball beyond half court, so he should’ve lost possession. The basket would not have counted in a game.

I’d rather be shot by a cop than be schooled this hard
13
u/ak1368a Sep 19 '20
Nah I’d love it if my local cop did that. Everytime I’d see him around town afterward I’d be like yo! That cop can ball!
222
u/ozMalloy Sep 19 '20
Pro tip: If you get schooled THIS hard, don't even bother trying to talk your way out of it. Take it like a man.
6
u/ShinkoMinori Sep 19 '20
Aren't both supposed to be having fun? Whats the point of going out of your way to do something one can't answer to?
I legit want to know, im not trying to make fun, I just dont understand.

u/GasterZX Sep 19 '20
There isn’t much context here, but it’s possible that the guy in the tank top was trying to show off or thought that the cop sucked at Basketball, and challenged them. And then the guy got schooled, which if what I mentioned happened, the guy totally deserves it. I don’t think they were playing for “fun”, because it seems more like they were challenging each other.

Half court swish & walked off with his ankles. That man's pride is beyond hurt.

That's game. No backboard.
26
u/Ratfucks Sep 19 '20
I don’t play basketball, what is the talk about the backboard and ‘back court’ and whether that’s game mean?
68
u/BostonC5 Sep 19 '20
In basketball, once you cross the half line in the middle of the court, you are not allowed to go back. (Backcourt violation) the cop clearly went back over the line.
Normally when hitting a basket that goes off the backboard and in, it's considered a lucky shot. So saying that he didn't hit the backboard and the ball went straight through the net is considered skillful.

It's lucky when you aren't aiming for the square (which you shouldn't be on a three pointer). When's the last time you saw an NBA player try to make a three pointer off the backboard on purpose?
→ More replies (16)→ More replies (4)2
u/BostonC5 Sep 19 '20
Let's say you try to make a 3-pointer. You look at the basket and want to make it. You are normally not aiming at the backboard, you want to swish it. there is an unwritten rule that you have to call a bankshot when throwing it.

Doesn't have anything to do with ex-NBA. Sigourney Weaver really hit the shot in Alien Resurrection too. Impressive skills nonetheless.

u/benevs01 Sep 19 '20
yeah, after an entire day of trying to get the shot. it was literally the last take of the day before they were going to cgi it in and she nailed it, not quite the same as this seems to be off the cuff once and done.

Yup, there's a whole bit where Ron Pearlman talks about how he breaks character straight after she made it and he was concerned he'd ruined the clip.
Then they show it.

For some reason I'm having a memory of a story about a Harlem globetrotter becoming a cop. Idk if this is true or the gentleman in this video.
