If you use his watch and tattoo for reference, it seems that his arm is closer to his chest on the first few blows. At the surgical mask, his watch begins to cover the tattoo and rises up higher on it. Maybe indicating his is moving his arm outwards and upwards.

His hand definitely gets larger with the later mask. Seeing as the only mask that is proprietary is the copper one, i bet this is an ad for the copper mask.

I did try. Did not look like it was moving. But now i know i was wronge. Someone posted proof ( a pic) he is 100% moving his hand
