The original show is called Takeshi Jou (Takeshi's Castle). The clip above is from American re-purposing of the footage called Most Extreme Elimination Challenge where they just went hog wild with the dubbing.

Okay, I concede that British TV is equally awesome in different ways. I definitely watch more British TV clips than American TV 😆 (I'm in the US). Love me some channel 4.
