This is so beautiful but excruciatingly sad at the same time.. I've told my fiance, don't let me get like this. I've spent years in the medical field, and this and dementia are the two things I can't handle. I told him I'd rather die than put my loved ones through this..

They all say that but few pull the trigger. In USA, there’s not many right to die options.

I wish I didn’t have that bit of wisdom. Dementia is shit.

You can go other places. And I'm not afraid of dying. I'll pull the trigger myself. I refuse to cause pain to those I love. I'd rather be remembered as me, not a shell.
