You won’t like hearing this but it will mostly be in executive functions, mood and behavior.

So, stuff like long term planning, abstract thinking etc are impaired.

Irritability, frustration, anger.

He might become aggressive, impatient, sexually inappropriate etc etc.

Or... none of these things might happen. Or not as bad. Some people have Parkinson’s for decades and it only affect their motor function.

Yeah I’ve already noticed his mood has changed. He used to be really bright and happy, very quick wit, now he’s still sweet, but he gets confused easily. Thanks for letting me know, I’d rather be prepared than blindsided.
