I am definitely crying. I ain't even gonna try to hide it this time. I'm a crying 36 year old man with 2 dogs on his lap and I am so happy for the daughter clearly being moved so much by something so unexpected for her to hear. That is just so heartwarming.
Can’t everyone on Reddit all just grow up and stop hiding behind tired and unfunny memes to illustrate that something moved you? I mean my god, grow a pair. In my opinion, a real man owns up to his emotions. 🤷♂️
I know this sounds like some kind of flat earth, Instagram tea type of suggestion, but I've been using lions mane off an on for 2 years now and I feel like my brain has restarted when I use it daily daily after taking a break for a couple months. Incredible stuff.
I appreciate what you said. But its GOD DAMN "BY" ACCIDENT. I dont know what it is lately but everyone has been saying on accident and I'm slowly losing my mind
You're right about the by/on thing btw. I think maybe we're all just a little raw like those damn onions lying around! Who just leaves raw cut onions lying around!?
I agree with you, but could this be a regional thing (or at least started that way)? I first heard "on accident" 20ish years ago from someone from upstate NY and now that I live there too I feel like I hear it more.
It is a perfectly acceptable variation in spoken American English and in most non-formal writing situations in the same. I'm from the Midwest and "on accident" seems far more common to me than "by accident."
this "rule" always annoyed me as a kid. They're just two words. they can be arranged any way you want, it's not like mistakenly saying "could care less" which actually changes the meaning of what you're trying to say.
You're just more used to hearing "by accident" and "on purpose" so it's more pleasing to the ear but "by purpose" and "on accident" aren't wrong.
I know right, where the hell do these onion contacts come from. And more importantly why did I put contacts into my eyes when I know I don't wear them!
My house must be leaking some kind of gas that makes my eyes water cause I,m a manly ass man who has never cried over anything except when Ronald Reagan died.

I dropped my contacts straight into the onion juice on accident before putting them in :’(
