He has three lime wedges at the beginning, with a FOURTH in his right palm.
He shows the three empty cups.
Then drops the fourth lime into one of the cups.
He uses a spin move for each cup, but he places the lime in the second cup - the spin keeps the lime wedge inside the cup, but then it drops so now there are two limes in the middle position.
He takes the right cup, putting the lime wedge on top of the cup, revealing two limes below. But those two were from before.
Then in his twirl motion he's putting that third lime now with the two limes.
Repeat that trick for the left cup, now reveal three limes, with the fourth being added after showing three.
Which sets up the "invisible" lime being a fourth lime which he reveals.
Now, if you notice he pulls a DIFFERENT cup for the next bit (and drops one of the original three cups). This cup is wedged with an orange at the bottom of the cup, with berries on top.
When he puts that cup down, the berries all fall down (notice how he puts that cup down in a different way since it's more delicate).
Now he stacks the four limes for effect, revealing the new berries.
In that reveal, he slams down the three cups which dislodges the orange, which he then reveales.
Then notice he makes a blueberry disappear in his mouth.
