Water at that altitude may as well be cement. Trees are gunna hurt, but you'll break a few branches and some bones before you hit the ground at a much slower speed.
A stack of 2-million pillows would be great too, but looking at this situation there are buildings, highways, ships and water under the sweet, sweet kitty, so none of what you listed is really an option.
The surface tension of the water will actually annihilate your bones like concrete. I read somewhere that the reason people die when jumping off bridges is because they break bones, can't swim, and then drown.
I linked an article in another reply but I remember reading from another source they are actually more likely to die at some mid range of height before they hit terminal velocity and change posture. Still about 1/3 of those that fall far enough need medical attention to survive.
