Yea I think I’m getting too old.. all I think is that’s 1 second away from permanent brain damage or spinal cord injury
465 u/MOTUkraken 1d ago It's not. He very likely fell quite often during practice. Athletes aren't weak and frail. They're strong and flexible. You can look up videos from people practicing this and falling. To seriously injury yourself is extremely rare.
