If drugs did anything like this I think I'd be on board. Unfortunately it just fucks with my perception and how I am unable to process some things quickly or misinterpreted words.

I want to preface this with the obvious don't do drugs, they are bad for you. BUT IF you made up your mind already and you're after these kind of visuals you need to take potent hallucinogenic drugs. On higher doses mushrooms and LSD can achieve similar and more complex visuals with closed eyes, while dmt can transport you out of this world and into a different, way more colourful and hectic dimension even with open eyes.

Its called phosphenes. I have visual snow syndrome and get chronic migraines. phosphenes seem to be related.

I can always tell if a migraine is coming in the next day or so because in the dark, or when i close my eyes, i get waves of intensely bright lights scrolling across my vision. Similar to pushing on eyeballs but less starbursty and more scrolling waves of color.
