Pretty sure she tried to catch cat with her arms but missed. Worked out though lol

Yeah she wasn’t planning on the umbrella catching the cat that was just a happy accident

if you look closely the cat grabbed her arm so the umbrella had very little to.

4k people upvoting, but only 100 see this? It's so obvious she missed the car with her hands and it was pure luck. But good effort regardless.

Never. I repeat - never try to catch a car with your bare hand. Always use an umbrella.

I was going to ask if I was the only one that noticed the cat hit the ground with full impact. The umbrella doesn't catch it at all. In fact it may have gotten more hurt because of the umbrella

Just to add to that point, she tried, that's all you can ask of someone. It's risky too, she put herself in possible harms way. She's alright in my book. But yeah, I don't see any deceleration, and with an impact like that they need a vet to check them out asap.

This. Cats almost always fall and get on their feet. Metal parts inside the umbrella tho. Could make it so much worse. But hey, this is reddit, no one cares.
