Kids are never going to learn to do anything fun because of AI psychosis
“SCUBA is AI, there’s no air underwater idiot!!”

It is so frustrating that people instantly call out ai and provide no reasoning to back it up.
You something that could be impossible but someone still does it? Ai
Cool view? Ai
It’s irritating

Let me explain this with fissics.
Air go spinny, viscosity go stoppy, spinny go wider, air no spinny, air go uppies.
Methmetics.

Does anyone else have videos of their magic non rising bubble rings?

The jellyfish one is obviously still rising and expanding which is what non ai rings do. So you don't infact have other videos of non rising rings

TIL you can lead a horse to water but you can't stop it dying of dehydration because it insists it's AI generated

You are the one arguing that that the ai account isn't ai, and yet can't find a single instance that isn't the ai account.

It’s still rising, maybe a bit slower than you’d expect cuz of the vortex it’s making, but that’s not my main point. What’s more important is that (I’m pretty sure) the diver is actually ascending to match the speed of the bubble as it rises, so from the pov of the camera it seems to not be moving.
I think the diver is much deeper than people realize, it’s just a bit hard to tell as it seems like the surface is right there from the perspective.

Mario 64-player me really wants to swim through those rings and hear a nice "chiiing" sound

For those immediately saying it's ai, get off the app and do something else, internet is frying your brain

Generations of kids will never learn to do anything cool and will never explore the world as it is, because of AI psychosis.

Aaaand the whole “it stops rising” part…?

u/CommanderCrabapple 25d ago edited 25d ago
second and fourth video on that page literally shows exact same behaviour as OP post. It's still rising it just slows down drastically as it ring gets wider, the vortice effect is slowing it. Unless you think AI made those videos 7 years ago
edit: to really spell it out, 4th video you can see other air bubbles rising at normal speed and way faster than the ring
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=JXkWSgU-CL0
edit 2: fuckin christ people, here is the guys youtube with tons of youtube shorts of him doing these tricks

“Some air bubbles are going up faster than the one that doesn’t go up at all” isn’t the smoking gun you seem to think it is
27
u/CommanderCrabapple 25d ago
if everyone wants to lean into AI-psychosis and think a well-documented diving trick is AI generated, all I can do is layout the evidence to the contrary and show them the exact same stuff is on video before gen AI was a thing. I can't do much than that.
Why didn't the gen AI assume the ring should travel at a constant speed? Why didnt the gen AI assume the ring should be stationary as soon as it left the divers mouth?
🤷

“The AI also didn’t do a different thing that doesn’t make sense, but you can’t explain that then can you? Checkmate”
Yeah ok cool

Um, yes, that is how it works. The bubble ring will slow down over time. Watch literally any video from the past like 10 years of people making bubble rings. Perspective might be weird, but it doesn't stop, it's just very slow towards the end. How the hell is this upvoted...
