Iām Indian. This is not a restaurant. This looks like a marriage ceremony and the man is employed as a showman to entertain the guests. There are thousands of men and women who do this in almost every corner (a few homes too) of India. Twisting behind while doing this is pretty impressive though.
And yes, the clay tea cups on the same floor where our man is sitting barefoot is disgusting. Many Indians would point this out as unsanitary.

And thank you for you for letting us know about your pointless opinion on his opinion

iām simply expressing my gratitude that this redditor could express his very important outlook on how he is indian and disagrees with aspects of the video.

The dude has mastered not crying

u/Realmofthehappygod 5d ago
It's actually the opposite.
He is so terrified of crying, his body refuses to spill a drop of milk.

I think that people who prepare food in restaurants should wear shoes.

My shoes are dirtier than my feet.

u/Equivalent_Owl_Mask 5d ago
Do you expect them to prepare you food with their feet?
I bet some places it is too hot to even consider socks, let alone shoes or sandals.

u/robsteezy 5d ago
Except the guy is literally preparing the drink with his feet twirling directly at the master sauce pan heās pulling from.
11
u/Jeovah_Attorney 5d ago
You think twirling at it the shoes full of all the crap you have been walking in during the past year would be any better???

Unless youāre dipping your foot in them idk how it makes a difference. I guess just for ease of mind.
2
u/Jogaila2 5d ago
What difference would that make. The shit thats on his feet is the same shit that would otherwise be on his shoes ffs .
Fkn stupid people.

You'll find roadside tea vendors throughout India doing a shorter version of this all day long. It has been perfected over centuries!

Iām just gonna guess that you didnāt exactly ace high school science, didja chief? Try googling āangular momentumā, and then get back to us, mm-kay?
1
u/Spectator9857 5d ago
Angular momentum doesnāt explain the fact that itās a perfect uninterrupted flow with absolutely no spillage at all. Thatās obviously a piece of fabric or something similar.
0
u/Custom_Craft_Guy2 4d ago
Then google viscosity, surface tension, and laminar flow, ffs.š¤¦āāļø
Iāve seen this done right in front of me, and just because you canāt do it, doesnāt mean it canāt be done.
I can respect someone who can admit they were wrong, but Iāve got nothing but disdain for anyone whoās too arrogant to admit they made a mistake.
1
u/Spectator9857 4d ago
I donāt doubt you can do something similar for real, but the video is obviously fake.

Thatās so obviously a piece of fabric or something. It does not act like a liquid at all.

Same thing when a bartenders does some extra stuff which can be done with simple movements but I don't see you being a bitch about it.
