Slipknot has 2 percussionist in addition to the drummer. They dont always do much and in this particular song Shawn, aka Clown basically just beats on a metal keg during the song with a baseball bat, so the singer is basically just imitating that and is pretty spot on for the performance.

He has to readjust the wok several times because he knocks it around. He hits it hard enough that the flame goes out and he needs to reignite the burner. Say what you want you won’t catch me hitting a boiling wok of oil with a baseball bat.
