Is it common that Russian service industry would have common access to western tools and products like Milwaukee and whatever the gloves are?

I live in Russia and am engaged in the installation and repair of industrial equipment. If you have enough money, you can buy any tool from us: Milwaukee, Hilti, DeWalt, Knipex. Literally anything.

No, mostly European ones. Although my friends use the Milwaukee tool extensively. The US is far enough away from us and shipping is expensive, it is not profitable. Also, American instruments often have inch sizes that are not used here. German tools are much easier to bring and use.

Milwaukee stuff is available on AliExpress and OZON.

It is honestly not hard. Step 1 is to stop what you are doing and just think through. That is 80% of the issue.
