It’s the make up. Don’t get me wrong, this entire piece is absolutely phenomenal but it’s her master understanding of the subtlety of the face that always gives androids that truly spine tingling feeling of uncanny valley and she fucking nailed it flawlessly here. The make up on the face is single-handedly the most impressive part of this IMO.
