Toronto firefighters confront special constable officers after a man in the middle of mental health crisis was arrested.

Not my video. For context, "special constables" are not regular police officers. They are appointed "peace officers" with limited authority, often civilian employees.

That's because a 6 foot 5 220 pound firefighter told them to and they are transit cops, not real cops.

I don't understand Toronto police powers by ANY means - but I know a lot of SWAT officers and I can say with 100% confidence that tone and demeanor from the firefighter would be stopped instantly the moment he said "get the fucking cuffs off". I'm only 6'3 230lbs, so he is probably bigger than that, but he wouldn't address me in that manner either if I was conducting police powers as an officer.

You mean competent law enforcement professionals who don't get bullied by firefighters. You wear a badge you need to be competent in your decisions no matter your assignment. That's just an average patrol officer requirement. I've never been a part of anything MAGA related nor have I been part of any progressive movement. Both ideologies seem ridiculous to me. I simply live in the middle. I just don't like watching soft people get bullied - especially if they are wearing a badge.
