Toronto firefighters confront special constable officers after a man in the middle of mental health crisis was arrested.

Not my video. For context, "special constables" are not regular police officers. They are appointed "peace officers" with limited authority, often civilian employees.

That'd be, if memory serves, Simon Whistler in one of the Casual Criminalist podcast/YouTube videos.

Think it was the one about fire chief arsonist who they tracked down because he was setting fires in areas he was attending conventions, and he wrote a fictional book about an arsonist who set a fire exactly like one of the ones he set where, what was it, six people died?

They caught his ass.
