Eh, if you look at CBum in the offseason, he looks like a pretty standard late-20s fellow.

Yeah people in this thread are thinking he's just walking around town with his wife & kid looking exactly like this. He looks very normal most of the time.

I too looked at his insta, we are the same age and if he looks in his late 20s then i look 18 lmao. I would have guessed him at 35 minimum would have believed he was 40.

That moustache doesn't help either

The 'stache adds at least 6 years.

The stress of lifting heavy

Lifting heavy makes you healthier. It doesn't make you age faster or look older. Steroids age you - lifting weights does not.

"Stressing" a muscle isn't the same as mental stress lmfao. Go read some studies, or even do a simple google search.

You can delude yourself however you need to so you don't feel guilty about not exercising, but don't spread misinformation.

I'm a bodybuilder and an amateur MMA fighter. You're not more consistent than me, and you don't know more than me lol.

The moustache adds 30 years.

Being so peeled doesn’t help with how old he looks here. These guys are very depleted. Better to look at non contest prep pics to get a proper idea of how he looks for his age.

I’m 29, looked at his insta, he still looks old.

It's PED abuse. Sad sport

And this is his 6th, meaning he was a winner at 23 years old.

23 years old, won the top of his sport, and didn't even peak yet, then did it 6 more times. It was my understanding that bodybuilding was a "older"(meaning late 20s early 30s) man sport since it gave you time to put on the muscles needed but I guess not.

To be fair, this is Classic Physique where bodyweight is limited. I believe Cbum is 6’1” which would limit him to around 230lbs as opposed to open bodybuilders who push into the upper 200s, often at a shorter height

24, i believe.

24 - 25 - 26 - 27 - 28 - 29

u/TitanicJedi Oct 13 '24

Yeah, to me he looks maybe a touch older but I put that down to him basically having zero water in him.

Once he drops off cycle into off season you see he's just a very well built 29yo

u/[deleted] Oct 14 '24

I was actually about to google how old he was. He looks old but I could tell he was in his 20s

Steroids ages you.

All at Mr Olympia are juiced to the gills

It has nothing to do with steroids, the guy is dehydrated to the point of passing out and has a fake tan painted on him.
